Intro about Our Work
We’re Max-Cast, Inc., a full-service sculpture foundry located in the quaint Amish town of Kalona, Iowa. Casting in bronze, iron, and aluminum, we produce original sculpture and offer a full range of foundry services for artists and artisans worldwide.
In our Sunday meeting 01-10-21, we discussed having 3 to 5 main areas to feature to direct the visitor to more specific sub-pages.
Also we discussed the possibility of combining sub pages under Our Work so the menu doesn’t get too deep (we have 10 as of 01-10-21)
Commissions
Steve Maxon and Doris Park are award-winning sculptors who have carried through a variety of commissions from planning to installation. Please contact us if you are interested in commissioning a sculpture. Steve would be delighted to assist you. Since 1983 Max-Cast has focused on metal casting, ever expanding the company’s capabilities. We have worked on statues, monuments, prototypes and replica parts as well as hardware and restoration. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to help you out.
